  1. Log in to your Papilia portal
  2. Go to Case Materials
  3. Click on Overview
  4. Enter your organization’s Impact Statement
  5. Once your Impact Statement is entered, the Rate This Service feature will appear for your donors

Papilia Toolkit
The next time you log in to your Papilia account, be sure to check out the Papilia Toolkit. This can be found in the upper right hand corner of the main console and includes training modules to help you navigate through the Papilia system. It discusses “Everything You Need for a Successful Launch” and also “Essential Tools & Tips” after launch.

Take a minute to review the “Privacy Policy” download in the Papilia toolkit to make sure your organization complies with the Online Privacy Protection Act. We suggest that every NPO that uses Papilia should have a privacy policy that is communicated to all supporters so that they understand how information provided to the NPO is utilized. The “Privacy Policy” document in the toolkit outlines what items are considered Personally Identifiable Information and provides resources to help you generate a privacy policy.

Whether a new user or long-time customer, it can be very helpful to review the information in this checklist to make sure you are taking advantage of all the features of Papilia.

Personalizing acknowledgment emails

Are you customizing your acknowledgment emails? Did you know that you can add branding elements and electronic signatures to them?

Your logo and signature block can be added to Acknowledgment emails using “Personalized Text”. To get there login to Papilia and go to the “Strategy & Plan” section and select “Acknowledgments” from the left menu.

The inserted logo is the one used in the “Make Your Case / My Websites / Branding Elements / Select Logo” section.

 

To insert a signature, create a “Signatures” folder within “Documents and Images”. Upload a scanned image (.jpg, .gif or .png) of your signature and copy the file name (i.e. Jill’s-signature.JPG).

 

Then you simply replace the default file name within the tag (i.e. “default.jpg”) with your own file name.

When finished customizing the email click the “Approve” button from the edit mode.
